Sell your products and services in-person at The Michigan Heritage Rodeo

More than 5500 men, women and children will be exposed to your booth over the 3-day span of the Rodeo, including local area residents, others from throughout Michigan and visitors who will travel from Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Las Vegas, Washington D.C., Oklahoma, Texas and more!

It’s a great time and place to kick-off early holiday sales!

Vendor Details

Registration Fee: 

3 Day registration only – November 20, 21, 22, 2026

  • Retail vendors – $250
  • Non-profit informational booths – $100.00
  • Youth Entrepreneurs (under age 18) – $50.00
Fee must be paid in full at registration; NO REFUNDS
 

Registration Deadline: October 20, 2026

  • Set-up: Friday, November 20th, Noon – 3:00 P.M.
    Tear-down: Sunday, November 22, 5:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
  • Per the Farm Bureau Pavilion at MSU: The food rules are that there can be no competing food products with the concession stand and all food must be pre-packaged, no samples and not prepared on site.
  • Two vendor badges will be provided to each vendor and must be worn at all times to enter the Pavilion and to access the Rodeo arena
  • Overnight Security for the vendor area is NOT provided. Vendors may cover items or tear-down each evening. Booths must be reset by 3:00 p.m. on Saturday and 11:00 a.m. on Sunday. Neither MSU or the Michigan Heritage Rodeo, Inc. is liable for any property damage or loss
  • Vendor booth size is 10’x10’ Vendors must provide table, chairs and any desired backdrop
  • No Tobacco, Alcohol, Controlled Substance or related paraphernalia may be sold.
  • Only support animals are allowed on premise and must be kept on lease at all times.
  • Booth numbers and directions for accessing parking and building entrance for unloading your merchandise will be provided by October 31, 2026
  • You will be included in our website updates
